Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any Easy Simple App server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities available on the platform (create applications without code) or until the user maintains the account on the platform or decides to close it or until Easy Simple App closes and deletes the user’s account. In addition, Easy Simple App may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. We comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2012 (regulation of Ghana) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – European Regulations), regarding the protection of children’s personal information. We do not collect information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to process the personal data of other third party users through the applications created. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Consent of Third Party Users: Before processing the personal data of third party users, you must obtain the explicit consent of such users.
