With this, you can create an inbox app to connect and chat with your users. You can provide customer support in real time. Follow these steps to add the Inbox feature to your app:
Step 1: Create Your App
- Log in to the ESA homepage.
- Click on “create a new application” or choose an existing app.
- If you’re making a new app, give it a name and create it.
Step 2: Add Inbox Feature
- In the side menu, pick “Features.”
- Choose “Inbox” and click “Add feature.”
- If you can’t find it, search for “Inbox” in the search box.
Step 3: Set Up Your Inbox Page
- In the “Page Setting” section, name your page and add a subtitle.
- Use the (+) button in the inbox section to add a message.
Step 4: Compose Your Message
- Select the Inbox tab and go to “Send a message.”
- Give your message a title and choose a picture.
- You can add more sections to your message, like text, images, videos, or code.
Step 5: Complete Your Message
- Type your message and fill in the other sections.
- When done, scroll down and save your changes.
- You can set a date to send your message or send it right away.
- Choose the recipients and enable push notifications if you want.
- Click “Send message” to save.
Step 6: Adjust Settings
- Go to the settings tab and fill in the required details.
- Choose “Card” as the display type.
Step 7: Design Your App
- Click on the design tab.
- Select a background image and save it.
Step 8: See Your Changes
- Click “see changes” to preview your app.
- To make an Apk of your app, click “Download your app” and choose a plan.
- Your Apk will be sent to your email when it’s ready.
