Do you want to add links to other stuff in your app? You can do that with the Link and Links features. Links take people to different places, and you can choose if they open inside the app or in a browser. Let’s learn how to use these features:
Step 1: Start Your App
- Go to the ESA website and log in.
- Create a new app or pick one you already made.
- If you’re making a new one, give it a name and create it.
Step 2: Add Link
- Find “Features” and click on it.
- Look for “Link” from the list and click “Add feature.”
Step 3: Customize Link
- Name your page and add a picture.
- Change how it looks by picking a style you like.
Step 4: Set Up Link
- Go to the link section and put the web address (URL) of your link.
- Choose if you want the link to work in the app or in a browser.
- Click “save” when you’re done.
Step 5: Preview and Share
- Click “see changes” to see your app on a real device.
- Remember, some links may not work here, but they will on real devices.
- If you want, you can make a file of your app to share.
How to Use Links Feature
- This is like the Link feature, but you can add multiple links.
- Steps 1, 2, and 3 are the same as the Link feature.
Step 4 (Links): Add Multiple Links
- Put a name for your link and its web address.
- You can also add a small picture for the link.
- Choose “In-app browser” for where it opens.
- Click “save” when you’re done.
Step 5 (Links): Design and Background
- Click on “settings” and choose “Enable search.”
- Pick “card” design and click “save.”
Step 6 (Links): Background Picture
- Choose a nice picture for your app background.
- You can use different pictures for portrait and landscape modes.
Step 7 (Links): Preview and Share
- Click “see changes” to check your app on a real device.
- Remember, some links may not work here, but they will on real devices.
- If you want, you can make a file of your app to share.
